We are seeking a Senior Conversion Optimization Specialist to lead efforts in improving website conversions. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll identify opportunities, analyse customer behaviour, and collaborate with teams across UX, creative, merchandising, and development to bring improvements to life. Your strong technical analytics skills will play a key role in helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

You will be responsible for:
Conversion Rate Optimization Strategy & Delivery
- Lead the development and executive of a comprehensive CRO roadmap, aligned with business goals and online roadmap.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for improving conversion rates across key user journeys.
- Establish and grow a robust A/B testing and experimentation capability, including test design, execution, and continuous interaction.
Customer Experience Analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour using quantitative and qualitative data sources to uncover friction points and identify optimization opportunities.
- Generate actionable insights through regular journey analysis and funnel performance reviews to guide site experience improvements and conversion rate optimisation.
- Drive enhancements to the analytics platform setup—ensuring accurate data collection, tracking implementation, and data integrity across tools and events.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Design and maintain ongoing reporting frameworks to monitor performance of key website features, on-site campaigns, and merchandising initiatives.
- Track the conversion impact of new feature releases, site changes, and promotions, surfacing trends and opportunities for iteration.
- Use data visualization tools to present performance insights in clear, digestible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver regular performance reports and executive summaries to management, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
About you
You are someone who takes initiative, works confidently alone, and enjoys team collaboration.
You will also have;
- In-depth experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, web behaviour analytics, or A/B testing and experimentation.
- Hands-on expertise with web analytics and customer experiences tools such as Adobe Analytics and FullStory, along with experimentation platforms like Adobe Target, Optimizely, AB Tasty, or Dynamic Yield.
- Strong practical knowledge of statistical analysis, including concepts like confidence intervals, statistical significance, and hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in data visualization and the ability to clearly communicate insights and analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of e-commerce UX best practices, particularly around optimizing user journeys and reducing friction.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they impact web analytics, influence site functionality and performance.
- A proactive, data-led approach with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable business outcomes.
