Harvey Norman Head Office is seeking a professional and organised Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors and support day-to-day office operations. This is a part-time position located in our Manukau SupaCenta support office.

About the Role

This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Harvey Norman Head Office, providing professional reception and administrative support. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, from handling enquires and co-ordinating travel to managing office supplies and communications.

Some key tasks will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and manage the switchboard
  • Greet visitors and co-ordinate incoming/outgoing mail and couriers
  • Maintain internal phone lists and manage general office admin
  • Manage customer queries
  • Process and reconcile monthly invoices

About You

We are looking for a good communicator who has well developed knowledge of, and experience in customer service, capable of dealing with a variety of audiences.

Some attributes we are looking for include:

  • Experience in managing a busy reception environment in a corporate setting
  • Experience in administration for multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in basic accounts coding and reconciliations
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel
