The Online Product Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a portfolio of new and existing online products for Harvey Norman. Additionally, the position is responsible for assisting the Vendor Manager in maintaining internal and external relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple integrated systems for maintaining and loading new products online.
• Liaise with suppliers to coordinate promotional offers, maintain products, and assist in day to day.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting on request of the Vendor Manager.
• Assist in promotional planning, implementation and forecasting of upcoming trends.
• Support the coordination of meetings.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with all suppliers and internal staff.
• Maintain the product database and other general administrative duties

• Ability to prioritise and control workload in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills with an ability to quickly build constructive, effective relationships with all stakeholders.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Position qualifications and experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working in Customer Service preferable experience in an online retail environment.
